Verstappen backs Hadjar's Red Bull contract renewal for 2027
Max Verstappen believes “it made perfect sense” for Red Bull to retain Isack Hadjar for the 2027 season, adding that it is “good that we have that continuation”. Ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix this weekend, Red Bull confirmed Hadjar would remain with the team for another season, having been promoted this term after a successful rookie campaign with Racing Bulls. Hadjar will return to action this weekend in Baku having missed the last three races due to a wrist injury, with Verstappen pleased to continue his working relationship with the Frenchman for the rest of this season and into next year....
